Delta Solutions & Strategies is hiring an IT Director to lead its information technology and cybersecurity functions in a growing government contracting environment. The role oversees IT strategy, Microsoft 365 and Azure government cloud services, infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint security, compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171, government and classified-system requirements, user support, vendor and technology budgeting, and technology planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, progressive enterprise IT and cybersecurity experience, knowledge of relevant government-contracting security requirements, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance. The stated salary range is $130,000-$150,000.
