Description
The IT Procurement Specialist is a hybrid contract role in Raleigh, North Carolina, supporting a government agency's IT Business Office. The contractor procures software, equipment, and other goods and services; obtains vendor quotes; processes purchase orders; and prepares and manages state bid solicitations and related documentation through the North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System. The role requires governmental procurement experience, knowledge of state policies and regulations, strong writing and listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical contract language.
