Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is hiring an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to oversee kitchen sanitation and operations, hire, train, and manage kitchen staff, control food and beverage inventory, manage back-of-house budgets, and ensure compliance with food safety and county health standards. The role requires at least two years of restaurant experience, management or hospitality experience, COGS and labor management experience, ServSafe certification or the ability to complete it, and availability for weekends and holidays.
