Description
The Tepa Companies are hiring Laborers to perform physical work at active construction sites in the Mountain States Region. Duties include operating hand and power tools, reading construction plans, preparing and cleaning sites, controlling traffic, signaling equipment operators, moving materials, and performing excavation, backfilling, concrete pouring, scaffolding, and other construction tasks. The role requires at least two years of general construction experience, knowledge of excavation and safety practices, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Pay is $19.81–$30.76 per hour plus per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site.
