Foundry Commercial is hiring a Land Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina to support its Land Advisory team with land opportunity evaluation, market research, financial and valuation analysis, client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction execution. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a North Carolina real estate license or willingness to obtain one, and preferably 1–3 years of commercial real estate, land brokerage, development, valuation, investment sales, or financial analysis experience.
