Description
AoPS Academy is hiring a part-time Language Arts Instructor to teach advanced students in small, in-person evening and weekend classes at its Morrisville, North Carolina campus. The instructor will deliver curriculum, facilitate student-led learning, manage up to 16 students, provide test feedback, and build relationships with students and families. A bachelor’s degree is required, while a bachelor’s degree in education or humanities is strongly preferred; formal teaching credentials are not required. The role requires availability for weekday after-school hours and/or weekends, a minimum initial commitment of about three hours per week, and the ability to commute from Morrisville or the greater area. The position pays $32.00–$32.25 per hour and offers paid sick leave, employee discounts, and a 401(k) match; visa sponsorship is not available.
