Richpanel is hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to build and optimize scalable backend systems for its AI-powered customer support platform. The role focuses on API performance, low latency, high throughput, database optimization, observability, code quality, feature delivery, documentation, and mentoring backend developers. It reports to the Head of Engineering, requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and extensive backend engineering experience, and offers INR 30-50L per annum plus equity and health insurance.
