ABM is hiring a Lead to supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, delegate work, provide guidance when the Manager is absent, and oversee cleaning, safety, equipment, chemicals, access cards, service requests, quality checks, schedules, and new-hire training. The role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
