UCB is hiring a Lead Clinical Project Manager for its Global Clinical Sciences and Operations team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The hybrid role leads patient-centric clinical studies from protocol design through study reporting and archiving, including complex multinational and parallel studies across therapeutic areas such as gene therapy. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, CRO and Phase 1 Unit oversight, site engagement, budget and timeline control, monitoring strategy, audit readiness, process improvement, and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant clinical development experience including team leadership, and experience managing in-house or outsourced regional or global Phase 3 studies. The anticipated base salary is $148,000–$195,000.
