Description
The role supervises day and night custodial staff and oversees cleaning, sanitation, safety, security, HVAC, hazardous-chemical compliance, facility inspections, supply inventory, work scheduling, training, and quality control for school and building operations. It requires an accredited high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft Office and SchoolDude skills, personnel-management ability, knowledge of custodial equipment and procedures, and proficiency in written and verbal English.
