Trace3 is hiring a Lead Database Engineer and Administrator to serve as the technical authority for an Oracle/RHEL technology refresh supporting the CCIC2S mission. The role leads enterprise Oracle database upgrade design, RHEL migration planning, data migration, integration, testing, performance tuning, security hardening, and deployment while collaborating with program leadership, architects, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders. The position is based initially in north Colorado Springs with occasional work at Chidlaw and Peterson Air Force Base, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of software engineering experience, and offers an estimated salary of $180,000–$200,000 USD plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
