Description
Pickett is hiring a Lead Engineer to provide senior-level engineering and technical leadership on complex utility distribution projects. The role supervises engineers, technicians, and drafters; manages project quality, schedules, proposals, and client relationships; and reviews and approves distribution design submittals. Responsibilities include overhead and underground distribution facilities, equipment installation, feeder and cable replacement, and new feeder design. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of related overhead and underground distribution engineering experience in the electric utility industry; PE certification, PLS-CADD, and utility standards knowledge are preferred.
