Taktile is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI transformations for financial institutions. This role involves overseeing technical deliveries from customer onboarding to production-grade AI deployments, focusing on Agentic AI use cases. The engineer will apply technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity to develop solution architectures, deploy Generative AI agents, and collaborate with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps. Responsibilities also include coaching junior engineers and contributing to scalable best practices.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work.
experience in building AI applications within financial services
applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.
at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications: strong technical background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
