Description
CAA is hiring a Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager to develop and maintain web applications, lead an agile team of 3–5 developers, manage 2–3 developers, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with product management. The role requires at least 10 years of full-stack web development experience, strong front-end and back-end technology knowledge, database and testing experience, team leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. It is a hybrid position based in Nashville, Tennessee, with an annual base salary of $215,000–$259,000 and eligibility for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
