TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman to perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects in Chapel Hill, Durham, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The role leads and coaches Tru-Pro technicians, communicates with customers, manages expectations, and ensures safety and consistency across projects such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a full toolset. The position offers year-round work, flexible scheduling, a company vehicle, and $30–$35 per hour depending on experience.
