Mark43 is hiring a Lead iOS Engineer to lead the technical direction of its iOS platform, define architecture and roadmaps, mentor engineers, and partner with Android engineers on shared business logic using Swift and Kotlin Multiplatform. The role owns major architectural decisions, CI/CD and release processes, production issues, technical debt, and the delivery of mission-critical public-safety software. It requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant native iOS development, and is based in Boston, Massachusetts on a three-day hybrid schedule.
