Description
The Lead or Master Plumber performs advanced installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and backflow inspection work on plumbing systems and fixtures, including commercial plumbing environments. The role supervises and coordinates assigned employees and contracted vendors, develops repair plans and estimates, documents work, and may travel to remote facilities or work outside normal hours. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, formal trades education and apprenticeship or equivalent experience, at least six years of plumbing experience, and a current Master Plumbing License. The position pays $42.00 to $45.00 per hour and includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
