RapidScale is hiring a consultative Project & Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business transformation programs for strategic and enterprise customers. The role serves as the primary engagement leader, governs multiple concurrent projects and programs, manages risks, scope, stakeholders, budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and delivery metrics, and drives customer satisfaction and business value. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years leading complex technology programs or business transformation initiatives, and experience with cloud, infrastructure, migration, modernization, or enterprise technology transformation.
