Description
HDR is hiring a full-time Programmer Lead to work on-site at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as part of its installation engineering and management team. The role leads facility programming and project authorization activities, develops and manages FSRM, MILCON, UMMC, ERCIP, and related project documentation, prepares DD Form 1391s, develops construction cost estimates, supports asset management and funding approvals, and coordinates with Air Force stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 10 years of Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry experience, at least 3 years of Air Force Civil Engineering Squadron programming experience, U.S. citizenship, background-check eligibility, and knowledge of Air Force programming requirements and Unified Facilities Criteria.
