Citi is hiring a Senior Python-AI Engineer, Agentic Systems to design and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems for Funds Transfer Pricing and Financial Hedging platforms. The role covers RAG architectures, planning and reasoning, LLM integration, APIs, microservices, latency and throughput optimization, and technical leadership, including mentoring junior engineers. It requires at least seven years of software development and system design experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and experience with agentic AI frameworks and vector databases. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Irving, Texas, with a salary range of $125,760 to $188,640 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
