Wealthy Group of Companies LLC is looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join their growing commercial real estate brokerage. The role involves leading recruitment efforts to attract and hire licensed commercial real estate brokers, contributing significantly to the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews, and partner with leadership to identify hiring needs. This is a primary onsite position, though candidates with extensive commercial real estate industry experience may qualify for a hybrid/remote arrangement.
