Description
FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for its Core Engineering team to build and maintain a high-performance, highly available distributed online video ad server. The role centers on end-to-end software development lifecycle ownership, producing technical specifications, writing efficient code, developing verification and QA plans, and providing technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with product managers and global engineering teams. The position requires strong experience in C/C++, database design, network programming, distributed and mission-critical systems, plus the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
