Faros AI is hiring a hands-on Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale highly scalable data infrastructure and core engineering platforms. The role owns complex technical problems from design through production deployment, writes resilient backend code, establishes architectural standards, partners with product and engineering leadership, and mentors other engineers. The position requires 5–8+ years of ownership experience, strong TypeScript/Node.js or Python skills, API and data-pipeline experience, database and CI/CD knowledge, production observability experience, and cloud experience.
