Description
Entegris is hiring a Lead, Technical Program Management to serve as a New Product Development Lead for its Micro-Environments Business Unit in the Advanced Purity Solutions Division. The role manages NPD and complex strategic programs across global business, engineering, and operations teams; develops portfolio metrics and reporting; manages schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations; launches products through the Stage-Gate process; and coaches engineering project leaders. Candidates need a technical degree or related experience, at least 8 years of project and program management experience in a global semiconductor or regulated/high-tech industry, and proficiency with project management tools. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
