AppFolio is hiring a Lead Technical Program Manager, Risk & Security to drive cross-functional execution and operational alignment of security initiatives across application security, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and threat operations. Reporting within the Information Security organization, the role partners with Engineering, SRE, IT, Business Systems, and other teams; establishes security roadmaps; manages project workflows and dependencies in Jira; coordinates with vendors; and delivers executive reporting on program health and risk reduction. The position requires prior technical program or project management experience in an information security or engineering organization, cross-functional project experience involving software development, CI/CD, or SRE/IT workflows, and strong communication and executive-reporting skills. Compensation is $152,000–$190,000 in base pay, with benefits available to regular full-time employees.
