Qualcomm is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex data center hardware programs spanning cards, servers, racks, and lab infrastructure. The role manages program scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, compliance, and stakeholder reporting across engineering, operations, facilities, procurement, and program leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, at least five years of program management or related experience, and hands-on experience with data center hardware and lab infrastructure. The position is based in Qualcomm’s San Diego office five days per week and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
