PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its Branch Banking organization in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, refers customers to appropriate branch staff, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate daily operations. The position is in-office, does not offer visa sponsorship, and requires at least one year of related experience; Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. The base salary is $41,250 to $68,750, with incentive eligibility.
