Description
The Experience Team Member supports student living communities by combining customer experience, sales, relationship building, marketing, property administration, and customer service. Responsibilities include community and amenity tours, handling customer objections, assisting with social media and engagement initiatives, maintaining office and grounds, scheduling maintenance requests, and supporting after-hours lockout duties. The role is assigned to a property, requires daytime business hours plus an after-hours on-call rotation, and requires availability during summer, holidays, and Turn periods.
