Description
Vocus is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide practical legal, regulatory, and commercial support. The role independently reviews, advises on, and negotiates standard and third-party contracts; escalates complex or high-risk matters; partners with sales, commercial, operational, finance, and delivery teams; and manages matters from intake through completion. The position requires a qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably including in-house or commercial contracting experience, and offers a hybrid arrangement with two days in the office.
