Spring Arbor of Apex is hiring a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to support the Lifestyle Director in planning and coordinating social and activity programs for senior community residents. The role includes preparing activity calendars, supporting resident meetings, coordinating volunteers and transportation, assessing resident preferences, and occasionally driving property vehicles. No prior experience is required, but a valid driver’s license, criminal background screening, and company driving eligibility are required; one year of related senior-living experience is preferred. The position pays $14.93–$18.07 per hour from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes vision and dental coverage, supplemental insurance, retirement benefits, and other perks.
