Description
The Lifestyle Director manages and directs the Lifestyle department at a senior living community, developing and administering a full-time social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual program for residents and families. The role oversees Lifestyle Assistants, Drivers, and Concierge personnel; schedules activities and transportation; manages the activity and transportation budgets; and ensures compliance with company policies. Applicants must be at least 21, have at least two years of relevant activity-directing experience, know Microsoft Office, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record, and pass a criminal background screening.
