HAPO Community Credit Union is hiring an on-site Loan Support Processor in Kennewick, Washington. The role supports internal staff, members, and external partners by handling loan maintenance, collateral title transactions, credit bureau disputes, payoffs, settlements, refunds, billing, and postings for various credit union products. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, offers 1–3 years of related experience, and requires availability for 35–40 hours per week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Starting hourly pay is $21.07–$31.61, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
