AWS Professional Services is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI and generative AI solutions for customers using AWS. The role involves architecting secure and scalable machine learning systems, selecting and fine-tuning models, developing proof-of-concepts, conducting experiments, optimizing performance and cost, and advising customers on AI transformation. Candidates need at least three years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, five or more years of machine learning and analytics experience, professional software engineering experience, GenAI benchmarking experience, and an active Top Secret or higher US government security clearance. The position is based in Arlington or Herndon, Virginia, with an annual base salary of $153,600 to $207,800 USD.
