ProSidian is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for Human Capital Technology Support focused on intelligent automation, AI, and RPA for federal human-capital modernization projects. The role develops and deploys machine-learning models, integrates AI into workflows, supports predictive analytics, data pipelines, cloud services, and operational reliability, and advises on responsible AI. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, at least five years of machine-learning experience, Python, and NLP skills.
