The role involves operating, setting up, calibrating, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated machinery and manual equipment used to produce TBI beam and other parts, while maintaining quality, production logs, safety standards, and a clean work environment. The position is scheduled for the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience, forklift and Raymond certification, basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with automated systems and lean manufacturing.
