Description
Roskam Foods is hiring a Food Production Operator to operate and maintain food-packaging equipment across its production lines. The role follows GMP, HACCP, and SSOP requirements; uses checkweighers, metal detectors, and X-Ray machines; performs equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting; completes production paperwork; communicates with production leadership; and trains employees under Foreman and Supervisor oversight. The position requires schedule flexibility and proficiency with fillers, sealers, end-of-line equipment, stackers, scanners, mixers, oil operators, SSK fillers and unloaders, cartoners, case erectors, wrappers, baggers, enrobers, batching equipment, and Hilo operations.
