Description
The Machine Operator Assistant supports flexographic and converting production by supplying paper, ink, glue, and cartons to machines, changing paper rolls and printing plates, monitoring machine supplies, packing paper bags, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role requires previous machine operating and packaging experience, hand-tool knowledge, basic math, dependable attendance, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. It is scheduled for first- and second-shift hours Monday through Friday and includes medical, dental, vision, paid insurance, and retirement benefits.
