Agru America, Inc. is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for its 12-hour rotating day shift in Fernley, Nevada. The role supports manufacturing operations by running and monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, following production schedules, checking product quality, keeping records, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of manufacturing or production experience, and forklift experience, with preferred skills including mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, quality control, and experience with 5S, machine mechanics, and basic electrical work.
