Weinstein Properties is hiring a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for its Bexley at Triangle Park apartment community in Cary, North Carolina. The role assists in managing and coordinating maintenance activities, supervises in-house and vendor work, schedules repairs, and oversees upkeep of grounds and buildings across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, structural, and appliance areas. The position requires at least four years of trade-related experience, including two years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience, EPA/CFC refrigerant certification, hands-on HVAC repair experience, computer skills, a valid driver's license, transportation, and tools. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with on-call bonuses, a potential quarterly bonus, vacation and sick time, holiday pay, insurance, a rent discount, and a 401(k) with company match.
