Description
The Millwright supports safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations by maintaining and repairing rotating and fixed equipment, troubleshooting failures, diagnosing root causes, and supporting planned outages, emergency repairs, and turnarounds. The role requires an associate degree or high school diploma, Work Keys assessment scores of 4 or higher, precision measurement and alignment skills, welding certification, pipefitting and mechanical repair capabilities, and the ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment. The Millwright reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborates with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and other maintenance personnel.
