Harbor Group Management Company is hiring a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform building, grounds, amenity, and equipment maintenance. The role leads maintenance staff, responds to resident service requests, handles plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance, coordinates vendors and contractors, manages inventory and preventative maintenance, and ensures safety and quality standards. Candidates need at least three years of multifamily property maintenance experience, one year of supervisory experience, relevant certifications, maintenance expertise, and proficiency with property management and maintenance ticketing systems.
