Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, respond to maintenance requests, and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering, building, landscaping, vehicle, and facility maintenance work in a healthcare or long-term care setting. The role requires at least one year of maintenance technician experience and one year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting, along with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
