Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a full-time Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper for Walnut Trace Apartments in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role prepares apartments for move-in by removing previous residents' belongings, repairing walls, trim, glass, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, and maintaining the property's exterior. The position requires teamwork, basic writing and reading skills, customer service, and some weekend duties; plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and appliance repair knowledge are preferred, while previous multi-family experience is requested. The budgeted pay rate is $20 to $22 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
