Lenovo is hiring a Manager, AI Engineering to lead and mentor engineers and scientists on agentic workflows spanning on-device, across-device, and cloud environments. The role owns the full agentic stack, including LLM orchestration, tool use, memory, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment, while setting technical direction and collaborating with globally distributed teams. The position requires at least two years of people management experience, six years of industry experience in machine learning or applied AI, a master’s degree in a relevant field, strong Python and ML-stack skills, and experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, model deployment, and CI/CD. It is hybrid with three days per week in Morrisville, North Carolina, and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 plus potential bonus or commission.
