Checkout.com is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead AI adoption across its Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams. The role owns the AI transformation roadmap, identifies and deploys high-value AI use cases, optimizes workflows, builds AI fluency through change management and training, and creates AI-driven business self-service capabilities. Candidates should have a background in Legal, Risk, or Compliance, experience leading technology or operational transformation initiatives, knowledge of generative AI and legal AI tools, and a record of cross-functional stakeholder leadership and adoption. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
