The Manager, Business Analysts leads and manages a team of Business Analysts and/or Senior Business Analysts to deliver technology solutions that achieve intended business value. The role involves working on various projects, collaborating with project management, development, QA, operations, account management, and clients. It requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, having a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall), and being able to manage multiple projects.
