The role combines people leadership, staffing, performance management, career guidance, and software engineering process support with approximately 80% technical work on communications systems in the Fighter Networked Systems and Advanced Comms & Networks operating units. The position requires a secret clearance, on-site work at the Rancho Carmel facility, and a BS plus 8 years of related STEM experience or an MS plus 6 years of experience.
