Couchbase is hiring a Manager, Global Sales Commissions in Raleigh, North Carolina, on a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The role leads and modernizes global sales compensation administration, including commission workflows, payout accuracy, plan adjustments, financial controls, audit support, Xactly commission software, reporting, and executive insights. The manager will oversee Commission Analysts in Bangalore, coordinate with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, and IT, and manage stakeholder alignment. The position requires at least eight years of progressive experience in sales compensation, sales finance, or financial analytics, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; the base pay range is $140,000–$148,000 USD.
