Manager, HR Shared Services at Instructure

Instructure is hiring an HR Shared Services Manager to lead and coach HR specialists, manage escalations and complex employee cases, own AskHR reporting and dashboards, improve knowledge-base quality, and drive process and automation improvements. The role also covers immigration, global compliance, background checks, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships with Payroll, IT, and other HR COEs. Candidates should have three to five years of HR experience, one to two years leading a team, experience with case management and ticketing tools, and familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS.
