Samsara is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its globally distributed Core Infrastructure team, which builds and operates foundational compute, networking, storage, cloud, and infrastructure-control systems. The role combines technical strategy and people leadership, focusing on infrastructure modernization, reliability, observability, automation, self-service capabilities, and the development of senior engineers and technical leads. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience including 2+ years managing software or infrastructure engineers, and a strong background in production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems. The position is remote for candidates residing in Canada and offers an annual base salary of CAD 142,800–184,800, plus potential RSU grants and other benefits.
